Dr. Monica Manns is a dynamic leader, educator, and consultant with more than 30 years of experience advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion across education and human services. As President and Lead Consultant of Manns Consulting, she partners with schools, nonprofits, municipalities, and community-based organizations to design and implement transformative strategies grounded in her proprietary C.A.R.E.E. Framework—a comprehensive roadmap for cultivating cultures of consciousness, belonging, engagement, empowerment, and results.

Dr. Manns serves as President of the B’Coming Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing replicable resources and supports that address issues facing boys and young men nationally and internationally—particularly those from low-income communities and the foster care system. The foundation also has plans to expand comparable resources for young women and girls and is actively developing innovative initiatives to address literacy gaps among young people from marginalized communities.
